- Get order confirmation.
- Roughing machining, removing excess material from the initial shape of the blade.
- Airfoil profiling, creating the ideal airfoil shape, including camber, twist and chord length, to optimize aerodynamic performance.
- Cooling Holes Drilling, with laser drilling or EDM for precise hole positions and diameters
- Finishing operation, once the turbine blades are finished, we will proceed to the finishing operation. For example, precision grinding, polishing and surface treatment are performed to achieve the desired surface finish and remove any machining marks. Finishing operations are essential to reduce aerodynamic losses and improve overall blade efficiency.
- Quality inspection, strict quality inspections are carried out throughout the process. CMM, NDT and visual inspection are used to check the dimensional accuracy, structural integrity and surface quality of the turbine blades to ensure that the drawing standards are met.
